My concern now is how to lose weight fast

I’m sure you’re wondering how come I’m suddenly talking about how to lose weight fast. Well, last week I had a rare opportunity to climb once of those steep wheelchair ramps, and was a very intense experience. By the time I got myself up to the top, I was sweating profusely, coughing, my skin was hot, and I was in bad shape. I excused myself and went into the bathroom to splash some cold water on the back of my neck, and looked up into the mirror, and I realized something: I need to lose weight. Fast.

On some level, I’m starting to feel like I’m turning into my father. He was an enormously fat man, with a warm sense of humor and a strong, pragmatic approach to life. But boy, he was large. And nowadays I’m getting huge too. Don’t get me wrong, I love my father, but I really really really want to keep myself from getting to 300 pounds. Because once you get that big, there’s hardly any going back.

So I’ve been going through and doing a bunch of research on how to loose weight fast. My wife wants to join me, saying that she is also interested in losing weight, which will no doubt make it quite a bit easier to succeed on whichever diet program we end up with. There’s an awful lot of opinions about how to lose weight out there

I’ll keep you guys apprised of how well the weight loss plan is turning out for us. I realize weight loss isn’t going to be easy, but it’s time to make it happen as far as I’m concerned, so I’ll be working hard to learn how to lose weight fast.
