Something I think is really handy is an indoor electric turkey fryer (only if you cook a lot of turkeys though) because it stops you struggling to fit everything else in the oven around it like the sweet potatoes etc, which is a huge problem.

So I believe there are some gadgets out there which can be really handy and save you a lot of time and stress in the kitchen, but the problem is you have to wade through a lot of useless stuff to find them. The easiest way to cut down your search is to ask your friends which ones they use on a regular basis, then you can benefit from all the money they have already wasted trying gadgets out!
