I love to write about a variety of interesting topics. I do not have a favorite topic in mind, but I really enjoy writing about almost anything right now. At this time I am starting an online business. I have been known to write about credit cards, insurance, Spanish, English, Chinese, Japanese, French, Italian, German and other languages. I speak several different languages and currently I’m going to school to acquire a bachelors degree.

When I’m done with school. I will continue to do SEO work and write articles. I enjoy, writing articles, because I’m able to learn more about the topics that I’m not very familiar with. Of course, I have to learn about the topics first and I do much of my research on the internet. I am then able to write about what I have learned on that topic. For example, if I am learning or if I am going to write an article about a topic, I first go online and I research that topic. Sometimes it only takes me a few minutes when I am somewhat familiar with the topic already. It depends to a great exent, on how familiar I am with the topic. Sometimes it might take me an hour or more to learn about the topic. Either way, I am continuing my education.

I look at all kinds of sites. I like to look at sites like yahoo answers, Google News, Yahoo news, CNN, Fox news, press releases and other reference materials. Anyway, after I have researched the topic well and that I can write something from off the top of my head. To give you an example this time I will write about Cheap Accommodation New York. I write this is down on my computer and I begin typing. I’d like to type out then run through it once again to make sure it flows nicely and check for grammatical errors. In the article I will be sure to include useful information to readers, useful info . After that I’m done.

I then set the article aside and maybe wait a few hours, sometimes the day and I’ll get back to it later with fresh eyes and a good night’s sleep, and I’ll see the article, and again review it for any errors or any changes needed. I like to see if it might sound better if it were put in other words, sometimes more precise and condensed. Then I’m ready to publish what I wrote, so I find the place where I want to publish it, and I submit the article. The article is then reviewed. It is usually accepted and I can go on in the next topic of choice. After the readers have the information, useful info, then they can make a smart choice.”

If there is rhythm or exercise or type of class you tend to stay away from because you feel uncomfortable….THIS SUMMER I CHALLENGE YOU TO TRY IT…LEARN IT!

This is how we become well rounded…this is how we become better instructors….we must attempt to learn as many facets of our job so we can be well equipped to teach it and to expose our members to variety. We get too comfortable in our zone…i challenge you to step out of it and learn something new or try that one thing that you feel uncomfortable doing or teaching.

If all you do is zumba, latin fusion, latin dance or whatever your facility calls it.. i challenge you to do some strength training….i challenge you to try a different type of class….mix it up….i tell you as i am sitting here right now…you will do yourself GOOD….mentally by giving yourself a break from the norm and physically your body will love you for giving it something different instead of the same ol thang!!! and as a bonus mentally you will be charged and rejuvenated and physically your body might start to change or respond to exercise AGAIN…i have heard so many times how folks teach a thousand classes a week…in the beginning lost weight…but now don’t see any change…..duh!!!!!!…..u hear where i am going with this……don’t we tell our participants to mix it up etc….and look at us we don’t even do it…….remember we must be the example…for us to do this we must first DO IT OURSELVES!

Just a little pep talk to my fellow zumba fitness instructors only cuz i have much love for you!!

  • Information for Potty Training

Posted on April 14th, 2010 Mark No comments

There is a wrong way and a right way to potty train your toddler, did you know this? Well there is believe it or not. Any parent can use some advice when their child is in this stage of their lives; I know that I could have.

The most important thing to do when you potty train your toddler is to encourage, encourage, and encourage. It is best of you stay focused on the positive rather then the negative. This is similar to diapers. You need to first get your toddler ready by getting your toddler used to the bathroom. When your toddler has come close encourage them by being positive some parents find it easier by having a sticker chart. Keep in mind to never over react to accidents, there will be some for sure. If you over react the whole potty training process could drag on longer then it needs to.

When you go to the bathroom take your toddler with you, they like to do as you do. When your toddler sees what you do in the bathroom they will also want to do it and feel more at ease when they try to go to the potty. Use a teddy bear or a doll and pretend that they are using the potty, some toddlers will understand from this. Which is sometimes similar to toilet training. Be sure that ever time that your toddler uses the potty and only of they do, reward them with praise, or stickers, whatever you have decided that the reward will be.

When you decide to potty train your toddler keep in mind that it needs to be done in a stress free enviroment. Another thing is that your toddler will not potty train until they are ready and no sooner. If you rtoddler shows no intrest at all then chances are they are not ready to potty train. Wait a few more weeks of this happens then try it again. Unlike potty training sometimes. Never be negative when potty training your toddler, they will pick up on it sooner or later.

  • Have You Ever Thought About Thrilling Carpets and Rugs Experiments

Posted on April 14th, 2010 Mark No comments

Our homes reflect our personalities to a great extent. These carpets come in many styles and colors. There are also accent rugs that can be used for various parts of your house. For wood floors you will need to provide a rug pad underneath the accent rug so that you will not find your self slipping across the room when you step on it. Besides using accent rugs for high traffic areas you can use these rugs as part of your decor styling.

The other great thing about buying and using accent rugs is that you can use different types of accent rugs for every season, your various moods and style desires. This means that when you move into your brand new home all that you need to do is decorate your home and lay out your accent rugs to create that stunning look that you love. You can hire an interior decorator or you can decorate your own home. This will enable you to see what type of rug is most suited for you. This has nothing to do with fibred kitchen rugs, obviously. Some of the types of area rugs that you can buy are contemporary, Persian, Oriental and Braided area rugs.

They can bring warmth to a dull and boring looking area in your home. Which is similar to carpet remnants of any kind. With all of these reasons in mind the only main thing that you will need to remember is not to go overboard and buy every area rug that you come across.

I am sure that many of you have heard about rug runners. Since these runners are quite long this tapering point effect looks stunning when it is used in a large room where you want the eyes to be drawn closer to one section of the room. For instance there are rug runners that are made from sisal wool, seagrass, jute, hemp, Mountain grass and many other natural products.

For many people rug runners are a popular alternative to using area rugs. This is true of many kinds of rug runners. Now you might be asking what rug runners are? Well this is the term that is used for any rug where the length of the rug is much longer than that of the width. These rug runners are designed so that they look like their larger cousins but you can use them in small spaces with less difficulty. Now if you want to have complementing rug runners and area rugs you can easily buy matching rugs.
