• Belmopan Lodgings: Opening Belmopan to the Travelers of the World

Belize City was raveged by a storm; however the storm could not destroy the character of the of those who lived there and those folks eventually decided to create a new city in a safer location. A tale like this would make a good book…and it would be based on a true set of events of what happened about forty years ago in a place just south of Mexico. This is the reality the capital of Belize – Belmopan.

The first capital city of Belize was called Belize City.  It was on the coast and was hit by virtually every major hurricane – and almost destroyed in the 1960s by storm named Hadey.  It was soon decided to build a new capital in the center of the country named Belmopan. The size of Belmopan has grown dramatically over the last several years – due to a increasing number of people that would like to visit or make this dynamic new capital there home. Fortunately, whenever visiting this new capital city there is a Belmopan hotel available to meet almost any taste.

Those visiting Belmopan often visit the bi-weekly marketplace, the Parliment building and the Guanacaste Park.  Luckily, there are hotels in Belmopan near all of these sites.

For those that are looking for something a bit different from your normal vacation it is possilble to locate a good number of Belmopan hotels. These Belmopan hotels specialize in high quality adventure travel for family, small groups, and free-spirited individuals. For those on a budget there are low-budget hotels or economical bread and breakfast that can meet your needs.

There are no 5 star hotels in the Belmpan area but there are still several places you can stay at with a high level of service. Most hotels offer many of the services that you would find in a hotel in the United States – telephone, television, Internet (at times wireless in your room), and many other services that contribute to a great stay.

Since Belmopan is centrally located consider making a Belmopan hotel a “base of operations” that you can use to visit to rest of the country.

  • Marketing And Sales Strategies

Posted on January 24th, 2010 Mark No comments

I love to write about a variety of interesting topics. I do not have a favorite topic in mind, but I really enjoy writing about almost anything right now. At this time I am starting an online business. I have been known to write about credit cards, insurance, Spanish, English, Chinese, Japanese, French, Italian, German and other languages. I speak several different languages and currently I’m going to school to acquire a bachelors degree.

When I’m done with school. I will continue to do SEO work and write articles. I enjoy, writing articles, because I’m able to learn more about the topics that I’m not very familiar with. Of course, I have to learn about the topics first and I do much of my research on the internet. I am then able to write about what I have learned on that topic. For example, if I am learning or if I am going to write an article about a topic, I first go online and I research that topic. Sometimes it only takes me a few minutes when I am somewhat familiar with the topic already. It depends to a great exent, on how familiar I am with the topic. Sometimes it might take me an hour or more to learn about the topic. Either way, I am continuing my education.

I look at all kinds of sites. I like to look at sites like yahoo answers, Google News, Yahoo news, CNN, Fox news, press releases and other reference materials. Anyway, after I have researched the topic well and that I can write something from off the top of my head. To give you an example this time I will write about Marketing And Sales Strategies. I write this is down on my computer and I begin typing. I’d like to type out then run through it once again to make sure it flows nicely and check for grammatical errors. In the article I will be sure to include useful information to readers, informing them with Marketing And Sales Strategies . After that I’m done.

I then set the article aside and maybe wait a few hours, sometimes the day and I’ll get back to it later with fresh eyes and a good night’s sleep, and I’ll see the article, and again review it for any errors or any changes needed. I like to see if it might sound better if it were put in other words, sometimes more precise and condensed. Then I’m ready to publish what I wrote, so I find the place where I want to publish it, and I submit the article. The article is then reviewed. It is usually accepted and I can go on in the next topic of choice. After the readers have the information, Marketing And Sales Strategies, then they can make a smart choice.

  • Some Easy Giant Panda Facts

Giant Pandas one of the most sought after animals to look at in zoos. No wonder, they’re cute and extremely cuddly looking and they are also extremely rare.

The Giant Panda is on the endangered species list and because of their habitat continuously being lost to development in China, it looks as if they will be for a very long time.

In addition to the loss of habitat, they also have a very low birth rate and when one is born it is often extremely worthy of receiving worldwide news attention.

Along with these Giant Panda Facts, another reason they are in the endangered species is the because they have come under the gun of poachers. Poachers hnt and kill Giant Pandas because their fur is not only a rarity because it’s black and white but also because it’s so soft.

Often and sadly, the price and the desire for panda skins was such that many officials would ‘look the other way’ and aided the poachers to fulfill the demand on the black market.

Scientists estimate (though some would say it’s an underestimate) that there are only around one thousand Giant Pandas remaining in the wild. Because of this and changing world views, the number of reserves in China for pandas has gone from just thirteen to forty in just twenty short years.

As such, and by using advanced DNA analysis of droppings researchers say now that there may in fact be somewhere around three thousand Giant Pandas remaining in the wild.
