TIP 1: Rampage your wife’s or girlfriend’s closet for her used clothing items, purses, shoes whatever you think she won’t miss, take a picture of the items and then sell them fast by placing a classified ad online for free. Please be sure to only raid her closet while you know she’ll be away for an extended period of time. ie: at work. You’ll need some time find her fashionable accessories. She’s good at hiding stuff too. Women always love to buy used things especially when they know that the purse or women’s shoes they are looking for are in great shape or gently used.
TIP 2: Other used stuff that’s selling online, and for top dollar these days are your husbands or boyfriends tools, fishing gear, or whatever else he thinks is ‘cool’ or ‘a treasure’ that every guy want’s to have! So go ahead and tear apart the garage, this is where he hides all his ‘worldly’ possessions, that he hasn’t even used, let alone seen for like, ever! Heck, if you really wanted to make some decent cash, sell that LCD or Plasma TV that you can’t tear him away from when there’s a game on. Sell that used TV and you’ll have all his attention, good or bad GUARANTEED! Guys love to buy used electonic stuff, like tv’s car stereos, speakers, video games or used apple products like the iphone. Remember it may be best to sell these items while he’s away on a fishing trip or on a business trip. Landlord Insurance
Posted on March 28th, 2009 No commentsIf you are a landlord, the property or properties that you own are a vital source of income and investment for you.
Like any income you have, you will want to protect this very carefully. No-one likes to consider worst case scenarios but it is a necessity and for this reason you will want to choose the best landlord insurance for your property.
Especially in these economically challenging times, when tenants are more likely to run into financial difficulties and not be able to pay the rent, you will need protection.
Many landlords experience various difficulties with tenants, whether they have a disagreement of some sort or there is damage to the property, or they stop paying the rent.
These tenants can then refuse to leave the property, which will force you to go to court in order to get them evicted. This can be a costly process and having the right landlord insurance cover, including “Legal Expenses” cover will compensate all of your court costs.
Another scenario to consider is if your property was to be badly damaged by a fire. This can take months to repair, while the tenants cannot live there, but your landlord insurance policy would pay for all the work that needs to be done and the rent that you have not been paid during this period.
Apart from considering the worst case scenarios before choosing your landlord insurance you need to fully understand the implications of the BSI – Buildings Sum Insured.
Essentially this is an estimate of the cost to rebuild your property if it was completely destroyed. This should not be confused with the value of the property, but the cost of complete rebuilding. It is worth getting professional advice about this as if you underestimate it at the time of a claim this is what you would be paid out on, and you could sell yourself short.
Apart from the BSI, an insurer will consider other important factors such as the location of your property, the type of tenants who live there, the age of the property, type of property and a history of claims.
Depending on the property or properties, when choosing your landlord insurance policy you can consider the cover for the property/properties, the contents and also landlords’ liability insurance.

Plush Toys: Everyone loves them
Posted on March 28th, 2009 No commentsPlush toys may be the most popular type of gift item to give to babies and young children. Who can resist the cuddly cuteness that comes in seemingly endless variety? Plush toys are cozy and cuddly, and babies and children love them. Plush toys often become a child’s most prized possession, accompanying him or her everywhere. Plush toys are also frequently comforting nighttime companions for little ones who may need that extra friend when it’s dark.
From the advent of the ubiquitous Teddy bear, to the myriad of animal and character options out there today, there are certainly many options when it comes to the appearance of plush toys. What are less obvious are the variations among materials used when making plush toys. One brand that prides itself on uniqueness of manufacturing standards is Gund. For over hundred years, Gund plush toys have distinguished themselves in the market by using only the finest materials and superior craftsmanship. With its signature under-stuffing technique, Gund plush toys are arguably the softest, most huggable ones out there.
Plush toys may often become collectors’ items. In addition to brands like Gund, which have been around for a long time and lend themselves well to generation-long collections, individuals may hold on to their plush toys for longer than one would guess. As token items of childhood, many teenagers and even college students (most of them female) retain their plush toys and use them to decorate bedrooms and dorm rooms. They can even be quiet valuable; for example, currently, retired Webkinz animals with codes are selling for over $500 on eBay.
Most recently, plush toys have been integrated in more technologically advanced pursuits. Ganz Webkinz plush toys, which are physical verisimilitudes of their online alter-egos, are a prime example of this. Stuffed Webkinz toys mix the joy of a plush animal with the fun of online video games and the responsibility of caring for a virtual pet.

Controlling Registry Problems With a Registry Cleaner
Posted on March 28th, 2009 No commentsHas this ever happened to you? A program you have been using every day month after month suddenly won’t load? Have your computer alwas started quickly and easily and now it seems to take forever? It is very likely that you need to repair the registry to fix pc errors. So what exactly does that mean? Well, the system registry is a special directory on your Windows PC that keeps information about all the programs on your system
Any registry error requires skilled knowledge about computers and the operating system and even though you are a do it your-self fan and belive that you know everything about Windows, your first choice to fixing any registry error should be to download registry cleaner.
Registry cleaner software are crucial software programs for good maintenance of your operating system. You can liken your computer to the tool shed or garage storage, where you store all the tools and items that are only picked up when needed. Between your desktop and your start menu, these are your gateways to find these things. If you compare to yourself, the memory is the place in your brain (your body’s OWN computer) where the index of all these things is kept. That’s what the registry is. An inventory system.
The Windows XP registry is like any other Windows registry, with some interesting points we learned from Microsoft: Windows XP automatically makes what’s called a “restore point” every day, and when you do things like install a new program this helps it with recovery if there is a problem. There is also the possibility to create your own restore points when using Windows XP. However, you will need at least 200 MB of free disk space for a system restore. If you don’t have it, XP won’t do it automatically. In any case you will always need a XP registry cleaner, even with restore points. Our recommended software manages Vista too.
The set-up of all Windows operating systems will naturally differ, and regarding registry repair software, you will need to carefully choose the right windows registry repair software to run. Before buying or running a downloaded registry cleaner, check what we recommend here (follow the links). You don’t want to mess up your Windows registry and mess up your computer. It’s worth a few well spent bucks for the peace of mind to purchase a good piece of reliable software from a reputable company, one that specifically addresses your particular operating system, whether Windows XP or Vista.
